We ship all products within 2-3 days but however in some cases it may get delayed due to non-availability with suppliers, maybe it is a customized item or factors beyond control.
Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you have to contact us after placing an order, If the charges vary then you have to pay additional charges.

The charges vary depending on various factors like product weight, size, fragileness, location and mode of delivery (Air, Surface or Sea). If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us via email at [email protected]. Your order will be cancelled if it has not been shipped and we will refund the order value as applicable. Moreover, if the order has been shipped but not yet delivered to you, you may cancel the order by contacting us as mentioned above. Your refund will only be processed by us once we receive the originally ordered product back from our courier / logistics partner after deduction of shipping charges.

Q. How are the shipping charges calculated?
A. Shipping charges are calculated according to the bulkiness of products and the value of products in the cart. In case the cart value is above $500, the shipping charges are waived off and we will ship your parcel through Express Mode so that you will get your parcel within the next 3-4 working days.
Q. Are shipping charges refundable if the product is returned?
A. As per our policy, only the product cost is refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded in case the product is returned.
Having said all of the above, there are always some instances when things don’t go as planned. As there are third parties involved, we can’t have direct supervision on how our packages are handled. To cater for such situations, we have very lenient return-policy. If the problem is genuine, we provide a replacement part as soon as possible.
