Return

Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in re-sellable or like-new condition. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 30-day return period will be subject to a restocking fee.

Since we sell worldwide- We accept returns from all our customers in case they are not satisfied with their purchases.

In case of any returns please securely pack the parcels and send them through Regular post after contacting us via email at info@greenglobestore.com.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you can contact us immediately via email at greenglobestores@gmail.com. Once the parcel is shipped then it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (25 working days)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or none availability)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
